Hack 'N Dance
A downloadable game for Windows
Submision for the GMTK Game Jam 2021.
Theme: joinend together
The year is 3259, after the robot revolution was a success and all humans have been terminated, dancing has been declared illegal. But rules.... are meant to be broken.
"Hack 'N Dance" is a Rhythm/melodic hack & slash game, where all your attacks are dance move's.
The combat/dancing is joinend together with music.
You will deal great damage if you perofrm the right dance-moves/attacks on the right musical accent's.
the controlls are:
WASD - move
Space - jump
Left mouse button - forward attack
Right mouse button - backward attack
Scrolll up (mouse wheel) - 180 forward attack
Scroll down (mouse wheel) - 360 attack
The music is really imported in this game so don't forget to turn up the volume ;p

just download the file, unzip it, and launch the exe.

Nice cinematics and story, I like the joining together of dancing and attacking. Loved how the helicopter blew up at the end for no reason, made me laugh in a good way
